  • Shipping & Returns

We take great care in packaging our glassware to minimize the risk of breakage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for resolution. Due to the delicate nature of glassware, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items unless they are defective upon arrival.
