• Discoloration: Ceramics may experience slight color changes over time, especially when exposed to heat or sunlight. This is a natural part of the aging process.
• Glaze Variations: Handmade ceramics may have subtle differences in glaze, color, or texture. These unique characteristics are part of their artisanal charm!
• Improper Care: Damage resulting from improper care—such as using harsh detergents, microwaving non-microwave-safe items, or exposing products to rapid temperature changes—is not covered under warranty.

We will replace any purchased items found to be damaged at the time of delivery. However we will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition.

At the time of delivery, if your order is in damaged condition, please contact us via email at hey@seifuucreations.com.au within 2 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item. A replacement of the damaged item will be sent as soon as possible.
