Shipping & Returns
We take great care in packaging our homeware items to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for resolution. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items unless they are defective upon arrival.
